Johnson’s victory is a blessing to us – Oranmiyan

The Coordinator of Sanwo-Olu Vanguard in Isolo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Adeniyi Adebayo aka Oranmiyan has described the victory of the elected Federal house of Representatives member representing Oshodi-Isolo Constituency II, Engr. Ganiyu Johnson at the election tribunal as a blessing to the residents of Isolo and the entire constituency.

According to him, Johnson had been empowering people of the constituency and providing infrastructures in the community even before he contested for the post.

Oramiyan, the former Directorate of Youths & Sports, Ganiyu Johnson Campaign Organisation (GAJCO), said he had been expecting the judgement to be in favour of the APC candidate, noting that the petitioner had no ground to claim the victory in court, saying the judge had no option than outright dismissal of the petition.

He said: “I congratulate Engr. Ganiyu Abiodun Johnson on his victory at election petition tribunal as member elect of the federal House of Representatives, Oshodi-Isolo Constituency II. I didn’t expect anything less than the outright dismissal of the petition as the judge has done.

“I commend the tribunal members for being thorough and painstaking in their decision. With this judgement, GAJ will remain focused on the delivery of good governance to the people of constituency II and Lagos State as a whole.”
