Carter Efe Hit With Permanent TikTok Ban

Nigerian comedian and content creator, Carter Efe, has had his TikTok account permanently banned after repeatedly violating the platform’s community guidelines.

The ban effectively shuts down his main short form video platform, where he built a large following through comedy skits, music promotion and live broadcasts.

Confirming the development, TikTok informed the creator that his account had been permanently banned because of “multiple policy violations.”

Carter Efe rose to prominence through his comedy content on TikTok before expanding into livestreaming and music.

The development means he will no longer be able to use the banned account to reach his followers or publish content on the platform.
