Residents Express Confidence In Isola’s Administration

Residents of Agbado/Oke Odo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) have welcomed the commencement of a new Council Secretariat, describing the project as another sign of the ongoing development under the administration of Chairman, Hon. Abiodun Jimoh Isola, popularly known as Ejigbadero.
Many residents took to social media shortly after the groundbreaking ceremony to commend the initiative, with several praising the chairman for what they described as visible projects across the council area.
Adeyemi Adeleye wrote, “God bless the Executive Chairman. We can see your works and achievements in the LCDA. Ride on Mr. Project.”
Another resident, Oluwasina Akeem, who commented from Paris, France, said, “Seeing your good job from Paris, France. Our Honourable Chairman, this is what we want. Appreciated, sir.”
Others also applauded the project. Adedolapo Oseleye described it as “Good people, good government, good project, good edifice,” while Tony Bello said, “Agbado/Oke Odo LCDA is rising. Congratulations, People’s Mayor Ejigbadero.”
Emmanuel Adewale Adesina simply described the project as “wonderful,” while Balogun Akinyemi said the chairman was “bringing out new projects and new ideas one after the other.”
The positive reactions came as Hon. Ejigbadero officially flagged off the construction of a new Council Secretariat, a project the council said is aimed at improving governance and service delivery to residents.
Speaking during the groundbreaking ceremony, the chairman said the new Secretariat represents more than just another building, describing it as an investment in the future of the council and a step towards creating a more efficient and responsive local government.
According to him, a modern work environment will enable staff to perform better, speed up administrative processes and ultimately improve the quality of services available to residents.
The proposed Secretariat will include modern office spaces and facilities designed to enhance coordination among departments, improve staff welfare and support effective governance.
The council said the project forms part of its commitment to delivering sustainable infrastructure that will strengthen public service and serve the people of Agbado/Oke Odo for years to come.
