Isolo LCDA 2021: Olateru-Olagbegi declares support for Olasoju

One of the former chairmanship aspirants of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Isolo LCDA, Princess Hon. Olateju Olateru-Olagbegi, has declared support for the party’s flag bearer Hon. Adebayo Olasoju, promising to mobilise masses for his success at the poll.

She made the declaration when she led her group, Princess Olateju Olateru-Olagbegi (PO3) Group, to Olasoju’s campaign office on Thursday.

She explained that the visitation and pledge of support became important for her group following the emergence of Olasoju as the party’s candidate, stating that her group is now committed to ensuring that Olasoju emerges at the polls.

Her words: “We’ve not only come to congratulate Hon. Adebayo Olasoju on his emergence as the party’s candidate but to also pledge our support for him at the coming polls. We will massively mobilise electorate from our group and others in order to ensure that he emerges at the polls.”

She also encouraged other groups and the aggrieved members of the party to toe the path of peace, love and unity and work for the victory of Olasoju at the polls, stressing that victory for Olasoju is a victory for the party and that the party is supreme.

She, however, appealed to Olasoju to endeavour to work with all members of the party.

The group was received by the Deputy Director General of Olasoju’s campaign group, Ilerioluwa Campaign Organisation, Hon. Idowu Oluwole Moses (keru) who appreciated Olateru-Olagbegi and her group for extending hands of sportsmanship to Olasoju.
