30-yr old gay suspect in police net for luring minor into homosexuality

A 30 year old Emmanuel Alawu who resides at 12, Akinsoji Ogundele Street, Oshodi has been arrested by police officers of Akinpelu Police Station for luring a 14-year old boy, Success Ejang, a JSS3 student of lkeja Junior College into homosexuality.

Alawu was arrested after harassing the young boy on his way to school on Wednesday October 30, 2019, and unknown to him he was being closely watched by an Airforce officer who was following the boy.

Following interrogation, the young boy confirmed that Alawu has been disturbing him on his way to school, telling him that he wanted to sleep with him.

It was gathered that Alawu admitted to be a gay and the case was reported to the Child Advocacy official in Oshodi, Mr Ebenezer Omajalile and Akinpelu Police Division.
The police later picked the accused up from the neighborhood office in Oshodi secretariat for further investigations.

A report from Arowojobe police station also confirmed that the suspect is a gay who specialises in luring innocent children into homosexual act.

Emmanuel is in the custody of human rights department at Akinpelu Police Station, Bolade Oshodi and would be charged to court soon.
