As general elections draw nearer, a member, Lagos House of Assemby, representing Oshodi-Isolo Constituency I, Hon. Olusola Sokunle, has cautioned electorate against violence and any other conduct that may disrupt the election in Oshid-Isolo.
The Lawmaker, who is also Chairman, House Committee on Health Services, tasked the citizen to maintain peaceful conduct during and after the 2019 general elections, saying that the new year would bring fulfillment in the life of all the citizens.
Sokunle, in a new year message issued in Oshodi, stated that 2019 would be a year of success for both the citizens and leadership of the country, stressing that the citizens should have faith in the APC government at all levels.
“As we celebrate new year, let us continue to pray for a greater Lagos and Nigeria. We as a Nation cannot do without prayers and so we should continue to pray for the leadership so as to get things right in Nigeria.
“APC remains the only political party that can take the country to the next level and so we should go out enmasse to cast our votes for the party in 2019.”
The Lawmaker however concluded that he remains committed to the development of his constituency, Lagos and Nigeria at large, adding that he would continue to bring dividends of democracy to his constituency no matter what.
