Two remanded for stealing tricycle in Isolo

A 19 year-old man identified as Idowu Michael alongside onyekachi Agbohua (30 years) have been remanded in police custody for alleged stealing of a tricycle valued at N645,000.

The tricycle, a property of one Paul Okonofua with registration number MUS860QE, was reportedly stolen at Ade Ojo Street, Isheri-osun, Lagos State after the suspects had conspired to commit felony to wit of stealing; an offence contrary to and punishable under section 411 of Lagos state criminal law 2015.

According to report available to Echonews, the suspects had unlawfully tampered with the aforementioned property, willingly and maliciously damaged it, thereby committing offences which were punishable under sections 340, 350 and 280 of Lagos State criminal law 2015.

The case was however adjourned till 21st of February, 2018 by the magistrate  Hon.Teluwo for further hearing after the suspects pleaded not gulling to the four count charge remanding them in police custody.
