Man bags 6 months imprisonment for flashing manhood, stealing

A 31-year old man identified as Chinonso Iyiegbu has been sentenced to six months imprisonment for two count charges of breach of peace by going naked with his manhood and smoking Indian hemp (Igbo) as well as stealing a table top fridge valued at N55,000.

The convict, who pleaded guilty to the offences, was reported to have gone around naked terrifying neighbors with his manhood at his residence at 40A, Godwin Omonua Street, Ire-Akari Isolo.

According to the prosecutor, Oje Uagbale, who spoke with Echonews, prior to his arraignment, the defendant was reported to have stolen a table top fridge worth N55,000 belonging to his neighbor, Mrs. Onyinye Ezeh but was cheaply sold for N4,000.

He further explained that Iyiegbu allegedly terrified a neighbor’s fashion designer apprentice, harassing her sexually countless times and this has subsequently led to his unfortunate arrest and arraignment before the magistrate court sitting in Isolo.

Having been found convincingly guilty of the two count charges, the Magistrate, Hon. O. Teluwo, sentenced the culprit to 3-month imprisonment for each count charge which would be served consecutively beginning from January 21, 2018
