Planners Honour Retirees

t was an atmosphere of joy at the Oshodi-Isolo Cooperative Building, in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Council recently when the Lagos State Conference of Local Government Planners, honored their retirees and leaders in a grand style.
The chairman of the committe Mr. Tijani Waheed thanked the Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs and the Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget for their effort in ensuring the advancement of the committee.
Advocating on behalf of the suspended members of the committee, he requested for their re-instatement and congratulated all planners at the event.
Awardees at the occasion include Alhaji Rotinwa Babatunde, a Former Head of Service, Lagos State and the current Chairman of Local Government Service Commission (LGSC), received an award as the Grand Commander, LSCLGP.
Mr. Olarenwaju Fatai Olalere, the Deputy Director, Planning and Head of Administration, Lagos – Island East LCDA, won the award of the Commander, LSCLGP.
Otunba Oluwo Mufutau Akinniyi, Deputy Director of Planning and Head of Administrator, Ijede LCDA, won the award of the Grand Commander, LSCLGP.
Hon. Muyiwa Okesanya, the Sole Administrator of Eredo LCDA, was awarded, the Honorary Member of LSCLGP. Hon. Ilelaboye Rasaq Adetunji, Sole Administrator, Agboyi-Ketu LCDA won an Honorary Member Award of LSCLGP.
