Phyna Alleges Sexual Advance, Blames VeryDarkMan for Online Fallout
Former Big Brother Naija winner, Phyna, has accused popular social media activist and influencer, VeryDarkMan, of allegedly turning the public against her after she reportedly rejected his sexual advances.
Phyna made the allegation on Sunday through a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter), amid her ongoing online fallout with the controversial influencer.
DAILY POST recalls that Phyna had earlier engaged VeryDarkMan in 2025 to help seek justice for her late younger sister, Ruth Otabor, who died after being hit by a Dangote Cement truck in Edo State. Following his involvement, Dangote Cement reportedly agreed to take responsibility for the victim’s medical expenses.
However, tensions later escalated after VeryDarkMan withdrew from the case, accusing Phyna of allegedly negotiating behind his back with the company.
Responding to the accusations, Phyna denied wrongdoing and accused him of attempting to distort the narrative and damage her public image.
In her latest claims, Phyna alleged that the breakdown in their relationship was personal, insisting that VeryDarkMan made sexual advances towards her, which she rejected.
Sharing alleged chat evidence online, the reality star expressed deep disappointment and vowed she would not forgive him.
“VeryDarkMan came out to say the opposite of what happened. I can never forgive him because he turned me into a bad person over my sister’s case. He is someone I held in high esteem, but he switched up on me. Claiming I requested N1 billion from Dangote.
“I was shocked because such a conversation never happened. Maybe he started holding grudges against me because he said he wanted to sleep with me and I didn’t accept,” she said.
Phyna further maintained that she was being unfairly portrayed in the public space, insisting her actions were misrepresented during the controversy.
