The administration of Mr. Segun Odunmbaku in Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, has recently inaugurated an innovative eye and dental programme and clinic at Ogba Primary Healthcare Center (PHC) in Oluwole. This state-of-the-art facility and program aim to provide comprehensive eye and dental care to residents, combining cutting-edge technology with expert care.

 

The vision behind this initiative is to create an enabling environment that prioritizes patient care and accessibility, ensuring that the community has access to essential health services. By offering specialized eye and dental care, the clinic seeks to address the specific needs of the community and contribute to the overall well-being of its residents.

 

Echonews reports that this groundbreaking project is a testament to the commitment of the Ojodu LCDA administration in improving the health and quality of life of its citizens, serving as a model for other local government areas to follow.

 

The newly inaugurated Eye and Dental Program and Clinic at Ogba PHC Oluwole will offer weekly Free Eye Tests with Free Glasses, alongside Free Dental Consultation and Treatment, every Tuesday and Friday. These services will be available to residents from 8 am to 4 pm, providing accessible and high-quality eye and dental care.

 

Supervisor for Health, Mr. Seye Oyekan, expressed enthusiasm for this initiative and affirmed that the clinic is committed to delivering comprehensive eye exams and dental services, such as Scaling and Washing, under one roof. This ensures that patients receive the highest standards of treatment for both their vision and oral health needs, ultimately contributing to improved overall well-being for the community.

 

By providing free, specialized care on a regular basis, the Eye and Dental Program and Clinic is set to make a significant impact on the health of residents in Ojodu LCDA, making quality healthcare more accessible and convenient for all.
