Obe promises improved educational welfare in Ejigbo

The Executive Chairman, Ejigbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Monsuru Bello, has promised that his administration would put all efforts together for the modification of educational system in Ejigbo to improve the welfare of the teachers and other stakeholders in an attempt to help build more pupils academically within the community.

The promise was made by the council boss during an interactive session with the management of Torch Bearer Muslim Schools, Ejigbo in a scheduled visit to the council with the motive of having an evaluation, familiarity and appraisal of the educational works going on in the community.

The school management, represented by the Press Club of the school, hinted on some certain issues affecting students in the community, an assertion which Bello disclosed of the council’s awareness, declaring that there were plans to get them alleviated.

In his reaction, Bello highlighted some projects his administration has put in place within a year in office towards developing educational sector while assuring the residents of Ejigbo of more within the shortest time.

He also expressed his happiness and gratitude to the school team headed by the Proprietor, Imam Oyebo Semiu for deeming it fit to visit him at the office at a time no other school has done that.

In response, the visiting school thanked Bello for hosting them and expressed their gratitude to the ‘tremendous work’ by his administration since elected.

The school hinted that they, together with other schools and residents of the council area look forward to seeing their expectations met by Bello’s administration.
