Obasa promises road rehabilitation

As residents continue to express their dissatisfaction over the dilapidated state of Oke-Koto road in Agege Local Government, the Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Mudashiru Obasa has promised the reconstruction of the damaged area at Oke-Koto junction.

He said the need to repair the damaged road became necessary to curb any form of inconvenience for the residents in the community.

He noted that reconstruction would ease gridlock congestion and channel water flows in the area, adding that the canals would be desilted to stop excessive flooding in the area.

Obasa promised that the project will be within a short time for quick accessibility to occur.

He, therefore, urged road users to be careful while plying the road pending the time the reconstruction is done.
