Council appeals to school to maintain furniture

The chairman of Orile-Agege LCDA, Hon. Babatunde Johnson has appealed to the teachers and pupils in Saka Tinubu Primary school in the area to maintain good use of the furniture provided by the council.

He said the pieces of furniture were provided to ease learning by the students and develop the standard of the school environment in the community.

A total of 1000 dual-seater desks and benches have been donated to the public school by Johnson’s administration.

He further encouraged pupils to be more dedicated and adhere strictly to the direction of their teachers.

He tasked the teachers to educate the pupils efficiently for them to be useful to themselves in the future and become good ambassadors of the council area.
