Lagos First Lady Inspects Ultra-modern Ikosi-Isheri LCDA Health Centre

The First Lady of Lagos, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, yesterday 28th of February inspected the ultra-modern Ikosi-Isheri LCDA Health Centre, praising it as “one of its kind in Lagos state.

The 105-bedded hospital is a flagship project of the Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA), aimed at providing quality healthcare services to residents.

During her visit, the First Lady commended the chairman of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, for her giant stride in delivering the project, describing her efforts as impressive and commendable.

The health centre is 95 percent completed and will be ready for commissioning soon, marking a significant milestone in the LCDA’s efforts to improve healthcare services in the area.

Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, for visiting the upgraded health centre.

Princess Bada appreciated the First Lady for taking the time to inspect the upgraded health center in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, stating that it was her second visit to the council area in two months.

The council boss also commended the Lagos State Government, led by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, for its supportive role in the council’s developmental efforts.

She noted that the Governor has been very supportive of all chairmen in Lagos State, emphasizing the importance of delivering results and ensuring that projects are completed on time.

Princess Bada also commended her team, including the vice chairman, leader of the house, councillors, management team, and contractor for the health center, for their hard work and dedication to delivering quality projects in the council area.

The Chairman announced that the council will be commissioning 16 new projects next month, including the area office, legislative building, customary court, new block hall, and roads. She expressed her commitment to continuing to work tirelessly to deliver impactful projects that benefit the residents of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA.
