Fusion Football Championship: G12 FC forces Box2Box FC to a barren draw

Box2Box FC was forced to a barren draw by G12 FC at the ongoing Fusion Football Championship at legacy pitch national stadium Surulere.

Box2Box FC had numerous chances to kill off the game but squandering them off the goal post as they settled for a stalemate against the enterprising G12 FC side.

Both teams paraded an array of young skillful and technical players who had what it takes to reach the pinnacle of their career if they stay disciplined.

Box2Box FC came close to take the lead in the 39th minute but it end up side net to douse the pressure of the game.

Box2Box FC striker was guilty of not connecting well with the series of square play provided in the 18 meter box but had a good game holding up play for his team.

Box2Box FC controlled possession in the first half.

G12 goalie almost gifted Box2Box FC the lead with a goalkeeping blunder but the rebound was fired wide off the goal post.

G12 FC were classic in with their distribution of passes but had difficulty in hitting the target if their opponent in the final third.

Both teams settled for a draw as they push for more result in the Fusion Football Championship.
