Blessing CEO Regains Freedom After Four Months in Kirikiri Prison
By Emmanuel Daniji
Controversial relationship influencer Blessing CEO has regained her freedom after spending about four months in Kirikiri prison, Lagos, over fraud-related allegations.
The media personality was reportedly released on Saturday, October 24, 2026, after meeting the bail conditions imposed by the court.
Nollywood actress Doris Ogala announced the development in an excited Instagram post, expressing gratitude to God for Blessing CEO’s release.
“Blessing CEO is finally out, thank you Jesus. Awwwww ajjeeeyyyy,” Ogala wrote.
Blessing CEO, whose real name is Blessing Okoro, had been in custody since June following her arraignment over an alleged ₦36 million property fraud case. She was granted bail of ₦10 million on June 9, 2026.
Her legal troubles did not end there. On June 10, she was reportedly re-arraigned before the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over separate allegations involving ₦13 million, cancer-related fraud and the falsification of medical results.
The allegations have attracted considerable public attention because of Blessing CEO’s high profile on social media, where she is known for her relationship advice and outspoken comments on personal issues.
Her reported release is a new development in the case, although being granted bail does not amount to an acquittal. The allegations remain subject to the legal process.
As news of her freedom spreads, attention is likely to turn to her next public appearance and how she will address the controversies surrounding the cases.
For now, the announcement by Doris Ogala has brought relief to supporters who have followed the influencer’s troubles since her arrest.
