BAMU Vows to Sustain 40 Families across Epe every month for the rest of His Life

In a bid to cushion the effects of the hardship occasioned by the removal of fuel subsidy in the country, the APC Epe Divisional Leader, Alhaji Akanni Seriki (Bamu) has initiated a monthly exercise to make the down-trodden smile with monthly allowance to support their livings.

The APC leader while addressing the beneficiaries said that the token of N5000 given to forty (40) of them across the eight (8) wards in Epe central will be sustained every month for the rest of his life,and also promised that much more would be given out subject to the availability of the fund by the special Grace of God.

He said;

“the purpose of this initiative is nothing but to assist the people financially in order to alleviate the hardship of the people in this present situation”.

“Some of these people are truly poor with nothing to put on their tables to eat. It is not based on party affiliations but being residents of Epe Division”.

“Our people most particularly in this part of the state need economic empowerment. Our representatives in various offices are trying their bests to see that the elderly ones are getting better living conditions as well”.

“It is hoped that the current administration under Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu will continue to support the poor and make the nation a better place to live. He is capable of bringing succour to the nation. It is a matter of time”, he concluded.

However, most of the beneficiaries were very delighted with the gesture of the statesman who is using his wealth to reduce poverty in the land.
