The talented and charismatic writer was accredited to cover the historic AFCON by CAF on Friday, December 29 2023.
Saheed is absolutely excited to cover his first major international tournament outside the shores of Nigeria.
He has since settled down in the city of Abidjan as he begins plans to writing exclusive AFCON stories for ECHONEWS.
Saheed journeyed through four Africa countries which are, Nigeria, Republic of Benin, Togo, and Ghana by road before officially landing in Abidjan on Tuesday evening.
The Super Eagles will be aiming for their fourth continental crown as they challenge 31 other countries at the continental showpiece in Cote D’Ivoire.
Nigeria is drawn in group A with host nation, Ivory Coast, Guinea Bissau and Equatorial Guinea.
