Nollywood actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo has opened Euphoria360 Hub, a multi-purpose creative facility in Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos, designed to support film production, post-production, music videos, events and training.
The headquarters of his Euphoria360 Media Limited was commissioned on Tuesday by Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr Obafemi Hamzat, in the presence of Adebayo’s family, colleagues and other stakeholders in the creative industry.
Adebayo gave viewers a tour of the facility in a video shared on his Instagram page on Wednesday, showcasing the range of spaces and production facilities available at the hub.
The facility has 2 conference rooms fitted with large screens for meetings, brainstorming sessions and creative planning.
It also features a photography studio of about 52 square metres, 2 similarly sized HD studios designed to allow separate production teams to work simultaneously, and a larger studio measuring about 384 square metres.
The larger studio includes a waiting area and 2 green rooms for VIP guests and is designed for campaigns, advertorials and other productions.
Reflecting on his experience in the industry, Adebayo said the facility stood out even after nearly 2 decades of working around film studios.
“In 19 years of my career, I’ve been privileged to have seen studios and I promise you, I’ve seen incredible studios, but this one is an absolute spectacle,” he said.
He also showcased the Adebayo Salami Studios, a space measuring more than 567 square metres, which he said could accommodate large productions, commercials, red carpet events and movie shoots.
“This is bigger than the plot of land, by the way. This is over 567 square metres. Quite incredible,” he added.
Other facilities at the hub include a vintage room for photography and movie sets, a glam area with changing rooms for makeup and hair, a concession stand and 2 cinema rooms for private screenings and premieres.
The hub also has post-production facilities for editors and colourists, as well as a 9.1.6 Dolby Atmos sound studio which Adebayo described as “perhaps the best in the country right now.”
There is also a Foley studio for creating sound effects, an academy-style classroom for training and seminars, a podcast and interview space, and a cafeteria for production crew members.
“This is Euphoria 360 Media Hub, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos,” Adebayo said at the end of the tour.
The facility had already hosted the filming of Davido’s “B4 B4” music video before its official opening.
The launch marks another stage in the development of Euphoria360 Media, which earlier this year held a thanksgiving celebration to appreciate cast, crew members and partners who contributed to the growth of the brand.
Adebayo described the opening as more than the launch of a new facility, calling it a moment of becoming and a reminder that faith, courage, persistence and the right support can turn dreams into reality.
The Euphoria360 Hub is expected to provide Nigerian filmmakers, musicians, content creators and other creatives with access to modern production, post-production and professional development facilities.
