Echonews newspaper publisher Mr Kehinde Bamigbetan on Monday 25, 2024, addresses the company’s new interns on ways to improve their journalism skills. The names of the interns are, Glorious Ogunleye, Eniola Yusuf, Blessing Okeke, Omobolaji Ayoola and Sterling Ekwueme.
The publisher also addressed the staff during the weekly editorial meeting which was to discuss the intending stories to write about. He asked the editor, Mr Kunle Awosiyan about the progress they are making regarding the interns which brought a positive remark.
He also went ahead to address the interns, he asked each of them of their discipline and the area of journalism of their choice.
Mr Kehinde lecture the new interns that they should try to explore different area of journalism. He also encouraged them to be diligent and hard-working while working with Echonews. He also said their hard work will determine if they would retain them as a working staff.
