The police from Ejigbo Division have arrested two married men, Sunday Onwe (44) and Victor Obodozie (45) after they were reported to have engaged in an affray over a woman at Abuna Street, Ejigbo where they both resided.
Both men were said to have exchanged verbal offensive words, which resulted to a fist fight. The residents in the area contacted the police who met the squabble and took them to the station for interrogation.
The two married men were charged for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace and were brought before the Ejigbo Magistrates court, the offence to which they pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Inspector Simon did not oppose their bail condition but asked the court to give a short adjournment for their trial.

They were remanded in prison custody pending when they would be able to perfect their bail condition.
