Residents commend Johnson over infrastructural development

Residents of Orile-Agege LCDA have commended the efforts of the council chairman, Hon. Babatunde Johnson over his assiduous efforts in constructing and rehabilitating infrastructure in the council.
They applauded his contributions as worthy of recognition as it has brought sporadic change to the look of the council.
It has been disclosed that Johnson’s led administration is set to commission all ongoing newly constructed and rehabilitated projects before the end of November 2022.
In demand of more infrastructural development, a resident, Mr. Olaniyi Adeshina proposed the reconstruction of Daddy Oniyide, Jibowu and Soore Streets among others.
He said the roads are not motorable and as a result, they easily damage moving vehicles.
In support of Adeshina, another resident emphasized the need to improve the level of security as the community has become unsafe, even in the day time.
He said Orile-Agege is becoming a dead zone due to the recurrent cases of threat to people’s lives.
He, therefore, noted that they hope Johnson would continue to see to the welfare of the masses.
