Oshodi-Isolo Decides: Bamigbetan, Shammeh, Obe congratulate Johnson, Dawodu

The Lagos State Commissioner for Information and strategy, Mr. Kehinde Bamigbetan has congratulated the elected House of Representatives members in Oshodi-Isolo constituencies I and II, Hon. Ganiyu Johnson and Hon. Bashiru Dawodu, saying their victory their victory at the last saturday’s polls was well deserved.

In a statement on Monday, the commissioner said the duo have made the party proud, saying the victory is for the benefit of whole Oshodi-Isolo as people would now enjoy the dividends of democracy which they have been deprived since about four years ago.

He said the declaration of the results by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) at Owoseni primary school, Oshodi, venue of the Oshodi-Isolo LGA Collation Center on Monday, which were in favour of the party, indicated that APC has succeeded in reversing the four-year tenure of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

In the same vein, the Executive Chairman of Isolo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon Shamsudeen Olaleye (Shammeh), said the victory is a great achievement for the party.
He gave kudos to the people of Isolo for voting massively for all the candidates of All Progressives Congress (APC) in last Saturday’s general election.

The council boss in a press release stated that the victories recorded by APC candidates is an affirmation of the acceptance of the party’s policies and programmes which have impacted positively on the lives of the people.

Olaleye, however, expressed optimism that the party would not betray the trust reposed in it by the people assuring that the party’s candidates are people of integrity and impeccable character.

Also congratulating the candidates, the Executive Chairman of Ejigbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) Hon. Monsurudeen Bello Obe, said the victory of the duo at the just concluded polls was well deserved, saying their antecedents spokes for them.

He however appreciated all the party members and the constituents for their support and untiring efforts towards the victory of the party.

He told the constituents to be expecting the dividends of democracy from the party soon, assuring that the two elected Reps members would deliver to the constituencies.
