Oshodi Comprehensive Jnr Sch wins Art competitions

A JSS 2 student of Comprehensive Junior High School, Bolade Oshodi, Chibuike Uliledebeze has brought glory to the school having won the Art competition organised by Ajao Estate Lions Club in conjunction with Oshodi-Isolo Local Government for Junior secondary schools.

Uliledebeze sailed through victoriously amongst 25 contestants from other five schools at the competition held at LG legislative hall with his art work which was adjudged the best resemblance of the portrait of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Chairman, Hon. Bolaji Muse Ariyoh.

Other schools in the competition are Ikeja Junior high school, Comprehensive junior high school, Oshodi junior high school, Mafoluku Junior Grammar school and Ewutuntun Junior Grammar school.
With his success, Uliledebeze would participate in the final competition at the international level which has been postponed from October 17, 2019 to December at Sam Koll Garden, Ikotun.

Speaking about his success, Uliledebeze said: “I have had the passion for art craft works since I was 8 years, my love for it drew me into becoming part of it.”

He however appreciated his Cultural and Creative Art (CAC) Teacher, Mr. Faputi Olajide for contributing to his success through several practices.
