Obe, APC chairman charge newly trained artisans to be creative

The Chairman of Ejigbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Monsuru Bello (Obe), has charged the newly trained youths who have just completed two-week training programme in Makeup and Gele tying organised by A2 Signature in conjunction with the local council to make use of their new skills.
While issuing certificates of graduation to them, the council boss who was represented by the Secretary to the Local Government (SLG), Hon. Omatseye Fregene, encouraged the trained artisans to go all out and improve on what they had learnt in the course of the training.
Commending the CEO of the organisation for the contribution to the development of Ejigbo LCDA, he said the 65 beneficiaries could create jobs for themselves and teach others thereby creating thousands of jobs.
Also addressing the beneficiaries, thechairman of All Progressive Congress (APC), Ejigbo LCDA, Alhaji Fatai Kasumu, also charged the artisans to keep on the good trends and maximize the opportunity of the training.
He urged them to start small with their family, neighbours and be ready to grow from small to greater height in the businesses, adding that they should be humble and have good packaging for their businesses.
The CEO of A2 Signature, Adefioye Adedoyin, said the training was part of her passion to give back to the community the knowledge acquired as a means of encouraging the youths especially the female ones to be independent.
She noted that the organization came in partnership with the Council, the APC party and all wards chairmen in the LCDA forming committee in support of the initiative to encourage entrepreneurial spirit in the female youths in the LCDA
