The atmosphere of Mushin Local Government was thrown into a fanfare as members of the Nigerian Automobile Technicians Association (NATA) in Mushin declare their support and acceptance to work for the victory of all APC candidates in all the polling units across Mushin Local Government.
The association, which comprises automobile mechanics, panel beaters, spray painters, automobile electricians (rewire), vulcanizers and other technicians working on automobiles, were led by their chairman, Comrade Mustapha Amidu, to the Council Secretariat in huge numbers to give the Bamigboye led administration a vote of confidence and to declare their support for the candidates of the All Progressives Congress in the forthcoming general elections.
The NATA chairman praised the party for the choice of candidates whom he described as the best among all.
Mustapha promised to ensure that his members dominate their polling units and deliver landslide victory for the party.
The council chairman, Hon. Emmanuel Bamigboye, who was overwhelmed by the carnival like atmosphere, told the visiting NATA members that “Your loyalty would never be forgotten. You have been a consistent force pushing our party to previously recorded victories, the February 25 and March 11 won’t be different.”
The two candidates, Hon. Toyin Fayinka for House of Representatives, Mushin Constituency 2 and Hon. Yinka Kazeem for Lagos State House of Assembly, were presented to the visiting association and both were received with open arms and encomiums.
Members of the association were presented with souvenirs of all the candidates of the party for distribution among their members across Mushin.
