Messi yet to receive offer from Manchester City

A disappointing performance from Barcelona against PSG in the Champions League has fuelled another speculation that Lionel Messi is on his way out of Nou Camp.

The 33 year old Argentine forward remains uncertain due to the ongoing presidential elections at Barcelona with all the candidates determined to keep hold of him.

Messi has won a total of 6 Ballon D’Or in a glittering career and he is out of contract in the summer.

Messi has been constantly linked to City due to the link with former Barca boss, Pep Guardiola.

Paris Saint – Germain are also interested in the 33 years old player.

A club source at City denied any offer from the club, stating that the club has not proposed any offer for the Argentine, noting that there are no talks between the two sides presently.
