LASUSTECH Announces 2024 Matriculation Ceremony

The Lagos State University of Science and Technology, Ikorodu has announced the date of matriculation for new intakes.

This was contained in a statement signed by the school’s registrar, Mr. David Ogungbe, adding that the matriculation of newly admitted students for the academic year 2023/2024 is scheduled to hold on Monday, February 26, 2024.

According to the statement, members of the University are reminded of the 2023/2024 matriculation ceremony of the University holding on *Monday February 26, 2024* at 10am at the 500-seater Agric Auditorium, Ikorodu.

“Procession of matriculating students on College basis will commence at *9:20 am* prompt and end by *9:40 am.*
All duly registered students are hereby advised to liaise with their respective College Officers for collection of Matriculation gowns.

“College Officers are to lead the procession of students of their respective Colleges to the space designated in the hall”.

Emphasizing the significance of adherence to the dress code, the announcement underscores that students not donning their Matriculation gowns will be denied entry into the hall. This requirement is part of the effort to uphold the formal and traditional aspects of the matriculation ceremony.

“Students not in their matriculation gowns will not be allowed into the hall.

All students and guests are enjoined to be orderly and cooperate with security officers and other officers of the University involved in the program.
