Kosofe LG, Fidelity Bank Embark On Fitness Walk

Fidelity Bank PLC, one of Nigeria’s leading commercial banks, and Kosofe Local Government yesterday held a Fitness Walk in the local government under the leadership of the local government Chairman Moyosore Ogunlewe.

In keeping with its dedication to sustainable initiatives and investing in the future of local communities and the environment, Fidelity Bank sponsored this year’s event, giving it a boost.
The Nigerian Conservation Foundation hosts an annual event called “Walk for Nature” to raise public awareness of environmental best practices and nature conservation in Nigeria.

We advocate solutions to plastic pollution was the theme for the 2023 “Walk for Nature” event. The Foundation for Sustainable Ecotourism set out from the Kosofe local secretariat at around 7:30 a.m. and traveled through the Ogudu axis for about 4 km before returning to the Kosofe local government secretariat.

Those who participated included the House of Assembly Member, Hon. Okanlawon Ganiyu Sanni, The Council Chairman of Kosofe LG, Barr. Moyosore Ogunlewe, Leader of the House, Oluloro Idowu, Fidelity Bank representatives, and a host of others.
