The residents of Olokun Street, Ishagatedo area of Isolo have appealed to the Chairman of Isolo LCDA, Hon Shamsudeen Olaleye, to complete the rehabilitation of the street, which has been abandoned.
The Chairman had promised to rehabilitate the street while leaving Baale Street for state government.
They lamented that the dust emanating from the abandoned project has been affecting people’s health.
Making appeal on behalf of the residents, the Chairman, Ishaga Community Development Association (CDA), Mr. Anofiu Yusuf, said the condition at which the project is suspended is appalling, calling for quick intervention to save human health.
“We people from Ishagatedo great chairman Isolo LCDA for Olokun street that they are doing.
“We are using this medium to appeal to the chairman to come to our aid to tar the road for us because dust want to kill us,” he said.
