I’ll Trade Fame for $2 Billion – Mercy Eke
Big Brother Naija Season 4 winner, Mercy Eke, has shared her perspective on fame and wealth, revealing that she values money far more than popularity.
Speaking during an interview with Odira Ndubuaku, the reality TV star said fame holds little meaning without financial success.
According to her, she would not hesitate to give up her public image if the right financial offer comes her way.
“I only enjoy being famous occasionally. I would trade my fame for 2 billion dollars. What’s the use of fame? Give me money and delete me from every social media platform,” she said.
Eke added that she would willingly give up her influence and maintain a low profile if it guarantees financial security.
She noted that with such wealth, she could comfortably afford a luxurious lifestyle, including owning a home on a private island and providing for her family.
The reality star stressed that, for her, money offers more value and freedom than fame, which she described as secondary.
