Ikorodu Vice Chairman Bags Tinubu National Think-Tank Award In Abuja

The Vice Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government, Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba has been awarded for supporting President Bola Tinubu during and after the general elections.

According to the organisers, Olabanji-Oba gets the prominent award due to her invariant defence of projects related to the new President.

While receiving the award in Abuja,  the matron of Tinubu National Think-Tank, who doubles as the Director General of the Asiwaju Distinguished Ambassadors Movement (ADAM), said the award is a motivation to commit herself more to the development of the nation.

“This Award is simply a reminder to myself that daily, we must not relent in committing our human and material resources to nation-building, for the good of the common man,” she said.

A long-term admirer and supporter of the new President of Nigeria, Olabanji-Oba explained the reason why she stood to uphold projects related to the President, saying it is the best way to affirm her loyalty to the President, who she described as her mentor.

She, therefore, appreciated the organiser for counting her worthy of the award.
