Female council chairmen seek aged women’s participation in electoral process

Female Local Council chairmen have come together to sensitise women on Permanent Voters Card (PVC) and electoral enlightenment.
The Female chairmen include, Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Princess Bolanle Bada, Apapa Local Government, Hon. Idowu Senbanjo, Apapa Iganmu Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Funmilayo Muhammed and Epe Local Government, Mrs. Surah Animashaun .
They all gathered at the Lagos Mainland Local Government Secretariat to properly orientate women on the importance of votes in an election.
She emphasized that aged women should be carried along in the participation of electoral process and the task of building the nation.
The national coordinator of the group, Alhaja (Dr.) Adenike Lawal advised women to cast their votes to All Progressives Congress (APC) party candidates from the federal level to the state level candidates.
