CP commends Area Command for effective policing

The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun Alabi has commended the Area E Command of the Force in Amuwo-Odofin Local Government over its efficient mode of operation.

He said the Command has been rated by the State as one of the areas with best policing as they tend to record incorruptible officials that take into account the essence of their duties as a police officer.

Alabi attributed the accomplishment to the cooperation that exists between the council stakeholders and the police which he noted has given rise to peaceful coexistence in the community.

He tasked the Area E Commander, ACP Egbafe Afegbai to avoid relaxing and continue to be vigilant as their relaxation might give way to miscreants in the community by increasing their security operations in black spots within the community.

Alabi further appealed to residents to consult the police station for the intervention of crisis in the community as their primary duty is to ensure their safety rather than keeping quiet over it.
