The chairman of Amuwo-Odofin Local Government, Hon. Valentine Buraimoh, has appealed to the All Progressives Congress Lagos State Directorate of Ethnic Affairs to rally support for Tinubu.
He made the call to encourage them to do a house-to-house sensitisation about the worth of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
He said Tinubu is a lead revolutionist that stopped the issue of ethnic disparity in Lagos.
Buraimoh noted that Tinubu’s system of government has since then become a template for adequacy and mutual understanding between the government and its people across States as they begin to emulate him.
In his words: “Lagos has been a beacon of home away from home. You have come and prospered. Now the aborigines have introduced to you their government, and all they ask of you is to support them to make their government continue.”
He, further echoed that it is expected that their support should extend beyond Asiwaju’s mandate by encouraging their followers across the State to vote for all APC flag-bearers in whichever local government they are.
He promised that the government will be community oriented if elected.
