Bello promises to rehabilitate Ejigbo customary court

The Executive Chairman of Ejigbo LCDA, Hon. Monsuru Bello, has promised the residents of Ejigbo of full rehabilitation of the customary court in the community which has not been in use for some years ago.

The declaration was made when the council chairman paid a courtesy visit to the court premises situated at Dauda Ilo, Lafenwa Ejigbo.

Bello, with his team of Supervisors, Special Advisers stormed the area and noted that there was need for a swift rehabilitation of the court so as to be in use alongside the Magistrates’ Court in order to meet up with the requirements of an acceptable level of legal activities in the council.

The Chairman noted that the situation of things at the court is highly unacceptable, however, he disclosed that the Council is in top gear to ensure the court is back in the saddle to stage court proceedings soonest.

Furthermore, Bello uttered that the council, under his administration would provide all necessary items needed there for it to be ready for use for the benefit of the community.
