Artisan group promises to mobilise members for election

Artisan group in Iba LCDA has promised to mobilize its members to polling units to cast their votes for the All Progressives Congress (APC) on election days.

This promise was made in response to the appeal of the chairmen of Ojo Local Government and Iba LCDA, Hon. Rasulu Idowu and Hon. Yisa Jubril (Abila) for them to build a more cordial relationship with the party while assuring that their members will benefit more from the dividends of democracy.

The leader of the Artisan Group, Mrs. Sherifat stated that effort will be made to ensure members are fully mobilized for the elections.

She disclosed the intention of her members to vote for the party while hoping that they have more access to government to support their their business.

The APC candidate for the House of Representatives in Ojo, Hon. Lanre Ogunyemi advised people not to only vote but to remain vigilant and ensure that their votes are protected and counted before leaving the premise.

He said this will protect the case of check and balance as there will be transparency in the election.

He, therefore, urged the electorate in Ojo constituent to vote for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as the next Nigerian Presidential.
