The Executive Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Hon. Bolaji Muse-Ariyoh, has promised the residents of Oshodi that his administration would embark on massive roads reconstruction as soon as the rain subsides.
Addressing the people at the 2018 Oshodi-Isolo Constituency I annual Stakeholders Meeting tagged “Towards a Peaceful and Credible Election” held over the weekend, Ariyoh encouraged the residents to table their needs before the lawmaker representing the constituency at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Hakeem Olusola Sokunle, who was there to give account of his stewardship.
He maintained that their needs that concern the local government would be addressed and included in the 2019 budget.
During the interaction session, the residents canvassed for more effort on road rehabilitation and provision of portable water as pressing needs urgently needed to be addressed by the government.
Responding, the lawmaker urged the residents to be patient with the government as their complaints have been noted and would be compiled for policy action.
He enjoined the leaders, members and supporters of political groups to assume the responsibility of good conduct in a way that would promote peace and unity of purpose during and after elections.
