Akinsemoyi Emerges New Amuwo-Odofin CDC Chairman

The Chairman of Amuwo-Odofin LG, Hon. Buraimoh Valentine has charged the newly constituted executive members of the Community Development Committee (CDC) to be dutiful, urging the committee chairman, Prince A. S. Akinsemoyi to always carry his members along.

He urges them to be partners in progress, admonishing them to represent the community well and also do their best to supersede the previous excos.

The council boss appreciated Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his support and contribution towards the development of the grassroots through the CDAC.

Also speaking, the Head of Agric Department, Mr. Rahman Olawale appreciated the council chairman for his support of the CDC and CDs and his contribution to the development of the community.

He advised the newly elected CDC executive members not to delegate power but to do what they are elected to do lead by example and always communicate with their members as he wished them success in all they do.

Reaponding, the new CDC chairman, Akinsemoyi thanked God for victory and acknowledged the council chairman’s commitment to community development.

He promised to do his best to serve the communities in Amuwo-Odofin Local Government Area and make LG a better place in Lagos State.
