Agege LG, Orile-Agege chairmen canvass for Obasa

The council chairmen of both Agege Local Government and Orile-Agege LCDA have declared their supports for the re-election of the Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Mudashiru Obasa as 2023 general elections approach.

The two council bosses expressed their thought on the intended actualization of the largest youth convergence, Obasa Youth Crusade, in the council areas.

The crusade is said to be congregated in solidarity for the re-election of Obasa in 2023.

The chairman of Agege Local Government, Hon. Ganiyu Egunjobi said his support for Obasa was stimulated by his contributions toward human capacity development and infrastructural development to have upgraded and brought the council to the limelight.

Also speaking, the chairman of Orile-Agege LCDA, Hon. Babatunde Johnson said that Obasa is an erudite leader across the board as he enhanced residents’ socio-economic state which makes them independent to reduce theft cases.

They both commended the convener of the crusade, Hon. Oluwagbenga Abiola, who is the vice chairman of Agege Local Government for his ideology and vision in congregating the crusade.

A press statement released by the group, explained that Saturday, November 12,  would be used for convergence of the crusade.
