Ejigbo council leader, Akinbowale bags iconic award

The Leader of Legislative Arm of Ejigbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) Hon. Lanre Akinbowale, has been identified by the Yoruba Youth Assembly (YYA) and presented him with Iconic Award in recognition of his performance in political settings and his support for humanity.

The Yoruba Youth Assembly, a non-governmental organisation (NGO) established to unite the Yoruba Youth all over the world, bestowed on him ‘Obafemi Awolowo Leadership Award’ as an Icon for Societal Development, for his distinguished leadership style and for supporting the youth development and also for being active in the plan for progress of Yoruba race.

Responding to the award, Larry as he is always called appreciated the organisation, counting the award a great honour for him to be identified for such great grace.

He therefore promised to keep doing what would impact the youths positively in his capacity and as well promised to support the organisation more in its coming events.
