2Baba Clarifies Viral Video Amid Reunion Rumours

Nigerian music icon, 2Baba, has dismissed rumours that he has reunited with his ex wife, Annie Idibia, following the circulation of a romantic video showing the pair dancing together.
The video, which recently surfaced on social media, sparked widespread speculation that the former couple had reconciled. It also generated mixed reactions from fans and celebrities, including some who publicly took sides during their highly publicised separation.
Reacting to the speculation on her Instagram Story, Annie appeared to caution against believing everything seen online, writing: “Believe everything u see on social media at ur expense.”
2Baba also addressed the rumours through his Instagram Story, clarifying that the clip making the rounds was not recent.
“Abeg nah old video o,” the singer wrote.
The clarification comes about one year and six months after 2Baba announced his separation from Annie, bringing an end to one of Nigeria’s most talked about celebrity marriages.
