Four Clubs have advanced to the semifinal of the 2026 Wafa League after defeating their quarter final opponents at Methodist Grammar School, Igboora, Oyo State.

Lakeside Queens, Great Star Amazon, Wazbak Queens and Heroes Queens sealed their last four place after displacing their quartet opponents in the previous round.

Three wins were recorded while one game was settled through the penalty shootout as tension brews towards the semifinal clash.

Lakeside Queens FA 3–1 English Queens FA

Lakeside Queens FA took the most straightforward route of the day. They found the net three times and limited English Queens FA to a single reply, showing the sharper edge in both boxes and enough composure to see the tie out. English Queens stayed in the contest for stretches but could not match Lakeside Queens finishing.

Kadesh FC 0–3 Heroes Queens FA

Heroes Queens FA were equally clinical as they blanked Kadesh FC and scored three unanswered goals. Heroes dominated the contest from start to finish. Kadesh rarely threatened a way back into the match.

Ayisat Yusuf FA 0–0 Great Stars Amazon (Great Stars Amazon win 8–7 on penalties)

The tightest tie of the afternoon went the distance. Neither side could break the deadlock in normal time, and the contest was decided from the spot. Great Stars Amazon held their nerve through a long shootout, converting eight times to Ayisat Yusuf FA’s seven. It was a harsh exit for Ayisat Yusuf after a disciplined defensive display, but Great Stars Amazon earned their place in the last four.

Wazbak Queens Intl 2–0 Ghetto Tigers Ladies FC

Wazbak Queens Intl, recent Super 8 winners in the same competition structure, added another clean-sheet result. Two goals without reply were enough to eliminate Ghetto Tigers Ladies FC. Wazbak controlled the key moments and never looked like surrendering the lead.
