The chairman of Amuwo-Odofin Local Government, Hon. Valentine Buraimoh, has charged leaders of the South-South ethnic group in the area to support the candidacy of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

He said that his aim in propagating the election of Tinubu is to encourage them that the All Progressives Congress (APC) National leader is a diversified flag bearer that does not prioritize one ethnic group in assigning duties to individuals.

He supported his claim by saying Asiwaju’s charisma does not only speak for him as the political group he belongs to also has its contribution.

Buraimoh cited areas where people of other ethnic groups are in government in all sectors while exemplifying the capacity of his Vice Chairman, Hon. Maureen Ashara who has the privilege to serve in Lagos state.

He boasted that Asiwaju will be fair, accountable and reliable to all Nigerians without differentiating their ethnic background as he is a far-sighted leader.

He appealed to the ethnic leaders to encourage their members to get their PVC and vote for competent leaders at all levels.
