Romantic Moment as Sanwo-Olu Presents Flowers, Kisses Wife at Lagos Women’s Conference

Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu melted hearts on Tuesday after presenting flowers to his wife, Ibijoke, before sharing a kiss with her at the opening ceremony of the 26th Annual National Women’s Conference organised by the Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO).

The romantic moment unfolded during the event, held under the theme “Anchored in Purpose: Be the Blueprint,” when the governor paused his speech to honour his wife.

“On behalf of COWLSO and everything that is decent, we want to appreciate you, we want to honour you,” Sanwo-Olu said as he presented the flowers.

The couple then shared a kiss as Nigerian singer 2Baba’s popular love song, *African Queen*, played at the event, drawing attention to the affectionate exchange.

The moment added a romantic touch to the conference, which brings together women from different backgrounds to discuss issues affecting women, families and society.
