Peller Reveals He Almost Sold N400m Abuja Mansion Gift

Nigerian TikTok personality Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has revealed that he almost sold the N400 million Abuja mansion reportedly gifted to him by real estate businessman Ochacho.

Peller disclosed this while explaining why he considered selling the property, saying he prefers living in Lagos to Abuja.

According to him, he changed his mind after someone advised him against selling the mansion because it was given to him as a gift.

“I almost sold the house Ochacho gave me in Abuja because I prefer to stay in Lagos, but someone advised me not to sell it because it is a gift,” Peller said.
The mansion was reportedly presented to Peller by Ochacho as a wedding gift.
