Olasoju commiserates with vice, Osolo over Oloworo’s death

The late Oloworo of Oworonshoki, Oba Bashiru Oloruntoyin Saliu

The Chairman of Isolo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Otunba Adebayo Olasoju has commiserated with his vice, Hon. Shakir Sadiq Adeola and the Osolo of Isolo Oba Kabiru Agbabiaka over the death of Oloworo of Oworonshoki, His Royal Majesty, Oba Bashiru Oloruntoyin Saliu – Elebo Loworo.

The monarch who was said to have been an uncle to Osolo and Adeola joined his ancestors late on Monday.

In a condolence message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Iskilu Rasheed Alao, Olasoju described the late monarch as “a traditional ruler with a difference…” with endearing friendliness to people regardless of age, tribe or social class.

He recalled his visit to the monarch during the election period to get his royal blessing.

Olasoju expressed his heartfelt condolences to the immediate family of the monarch and prayed that God grant him eternal rest and bestow his family and the entire residents of Oworonshoki the fortitude to bear the colossal loss.

His words: “My heart goes out to the Oloris, Princes and Princesses among whom are my good friends, his Council-of-Chiefs, government and good people of Kosofe Local Government Area during this dark period.

“As the burial rites of the respected Royal Father kkick-off I pray that the departed soul of Oba Oloruntoyin Saliu is granted eternal rest and the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss granted his immediate family.”
