Oasis Ladies thrash Kadesh Queens 6-1

Oasis Ladies have raised their tempo of preparation for their engagements in the second tier championship of Nigeria Women Female Football (NWFL) league.

Oasis Ladies defeated Ikorodu based Kadesh Queens 6-1 at Legacy pitch, national stadium, Surulere.

Oasis Ladies dictated proceedings for long period of the game in the first half and were guilty of squandering so many chances in the game.

Oasis Ladies took the lead with a swift strike. Kadesh equalized with a last ditch strike two inches from the goal line.

Oasis Ladies restored their lead with a brilliant strike from the edge of 18 yard box.

Oasis Ladies were on rampage in the second half as they crushed their opponent.

Oasis Ladies extended their lead with a terrific strike which Kadesh Queens goalie punched into her own net. Oasis went on rampage as they scored their 4th goal in an emphatic way.

Oasis Ladies netted their 5th goal with a cool finish. The 6th goal for Oasis Ladies came as an icing on the cake for a great performance.

Speaking with ECHONEWS, the coach of Oasis Ladies, Ayere Sylvester, said he was not satisfied with his team’s performance as he aimed to work on the team lapses despite the huge win and focus on creating chances from the wings by using creative midfielders as wing back.

Oasis Ladies proved no match for Kadesh Queens as they scored their 6th goal to wrap up the game.
