Nexar Football set sights in scouting for best footballers in Nigeria through the grassroots

Football nowadays is a huge profit making venture and in Nigeria, a lot of talented footballers are waiting to be scouted by football scouts or agents.

In recent times, Nigeria have become the go to country for foreign scouts because of the enormous talents that are in the country.

A swedish football company called Nexar Football are about to bring a new dimension into football scouting as they prepare to scout for exceptional talents that suit their exquisite taste.

Nexar Football will introduce another style of scouting with a reality show where football players are camped and exhibit their football skills and playing ability as they hope to get picked and realize their ambition of playing professional football in Europe, notable name of players that have benefitted from Nexar Football scouting program in Nigeria in the past is Super Eagles winger, Akinkunmi Amoo who presently plys his trade with Danish Super Liga side FC Copenhagen and many more.

Nexar is a FIFA/UEFA licensed players agent company, whose aim is to make players dream come true by providing a platform for them to use.

The project manager of Nexar Football in Nigeria, Paul Ovientaoba disclosed to Echonews, that NEXAR Footbal have created a platform called ‘FOOTBALL DREAMZ’, a new and unique entertainment concept for sport fans focusing on the development of youth talents and players management.

“FOOTBALL DREAMZ is a modern TV reality show in which young selected football talents mainly from Africa will be given the opportunity to win a professional contract with an European football club. The important element about Football Dreamz is that it gives insight to the players, viewers and how the football industry works, what it takes to succeed and what clubs, scouts, agents and sports directors are looking for in their quest to find the next superstar through this platform.

“Over 30 players will be discovered from Football Dreamz Tv reality show and televised in different countries of the world. The huge economic value gained from hosting of the first season in Cotonou, Benin Republic last year, have made in a sought after reality show in Nigeria.”
